Of course, that we see fast food as something unhealthy and wrong, but still quick and delicious. We love burgers, sandwiches and hot dogs when we are out. Fast food owes the taste to numerous aroma enhancers, food additives, emulsifiers, salt, sugar… In one word – unhealthy! And we shouldn’t even say how these artificial additions affect our body shape (weight gain and obesity). So give a chance to this healthy version of paleo organic beef hot dog in a low-carb wrap.

MOREOVER: 6-8 organic beef hot dog
Whip together all ingredients for the wraps and leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, allowing the fibers to suck liquid. If the dough is too thick add a little extra coconut milk.
Bake as thin pancakes on medium heat and cover with a plate to keep them warm.
Stir together the ingredients for coleslaw until white cabbage and carrot are mixed in.
Heat the hot dogs gently on hotplate or grill for about 5 minutes and roll the wraps around them. Enjoy!
Note: Coleslaw does not get worse from standing and pulling a day in the fridge.
