Ingredients that you need:
- 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened coconut milk (Silk)
- ½ cup (60 g) vanilla ice cream (CarbSmart)
- 1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream (Shamrock)
Place the unsweetened coconut milk and vanilla ice cream into a blender and give it a mix.
Then pour in a glass and garnish with whipping cream on the top.
