Spread of chickpeas
Ingredients that you need:
- 8 oz. (250 g) of chickpeas
- 1/3 oz. (1 dl) water
- 1/6 oz. (1/2 dl) cold-pressed olive oil
- Salt and cumin (optional).
Leave the chickpeas overnight, immersed in water. The next day rinse them every three hours. In the evening put them in the blender, pour the water and oil and add a pinch of salt and cumin to taste.
Mix until a slurry that will be able to smear on bread.
Wild Garlic Crackers
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup of flax seed
- a cup of Wild Garlic
- salt, turmeric and chili if desired.
Dive the sunflower seeds into the water and leave them to stand for 4 hours. Then strain it and together with all the other ingredients place in the blender. Mix well until a uniform mass.
Then transfer the mixture into a dehydrator and dry at 40 °C (100 °F) for 4 to 5 hours. Cut them into slices and keep them in the dehydrator until crispy.
Cold soup in 30 seconds
- a half of fresh avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 4 oz. (120 ml) of coconut water
- lime juice
- fresh coriander leaves.
Peel the cucumber and wash avocado under running water. Then, insert all the above ingredients in blender and blend until you get a liquid composition. Then just pour it in a bowl and enjoy in quick and healthy meal full of vitamins.
- 1 cucumber,
- 2 bell peppers,
- 4 tomatoes,
- 3 cloves garlic,
- 3 cups of freshly squeezed juice of tomato,
- ¼ cup of cold pressed olive oil,
- a little bit of apple vinegar,
- sea salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the cucumber but do not peel (only if organic). Clean the peppers, then chop all ingredients and place in blender. Mix until you get a uniform mass, then set aside in the refrigerator for a little rest.
This delicious meal is ideal as a main course. It will refresh you and you’ll be full for a long time afterwards.
Chocolate of Carob – one of the best healthy recipes
- ½ cup minced carob
- 2 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds,
- 2/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds,
- tablespoon honey,
- a handful of raisins,
- dates, almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, if desired.
Same as in the case with gazpacho, all these ingredients just insert in a blender and grind well. Then make the balls using fingers. In every ball place one hazelnut, walnut, almond or date. Chocolate of carob is better if you roll in sesame seeds. It is necessary to leave it a few hours until slightly dry.
