Chicken breast fillets with orange

Ingredients that you need:
- 1 Ib. (450 g) chicken breast fillet (cleaned)
- 1 orange
- Himalayan salt to taste
- 1 head of lettuce
- ¼ red onion
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Peel the orange and separate in small pieces. Also clean chicken breast from skin and bones. Then wash the lettuce, drain and chop at pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings.
Then cut the chicken breast fillets in wide strips. Rub the meat on both sides with salt, pepper and turmeric. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat from all sides.
