Pizza Roll – Make Simple Delicious Low Carb/Keto meal in half an hour

It’s simple, tasty, healthy and done in half an hour – Pizza Roll!

For many of us, pizza is favorite meal. Someone eat it using hands, someone uses fork and knife. This recipe’s just perfect for me, as food to go. I can eat it with hands, but still it’s closed and nothing falls around. So won’t make a mess.

Roll recipe is without flour, and filling you can adjust to your taste.

Pizza Roll Recipe

This recipe’s for 3 servings (if you cut it at 3 pieces). Preparation takes 10 minutes, and 20 minutes plus for baking.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 180 g Quark (creamy soft cheese) or Cottage cheese
  • 3 egg
  • 180 g cheese, grated
  • Seasoning to taste
  • A few drops of olive oil

For filling:

  • tomato or tomato sauce
  • ham
  • vegetables
  • arugula

Preparation: At first, preheat the oven to 170 ° C (or 340° F). Then mix in a bowl Quark, eggs and 120 g of cheese. Season it to taste.

Prepare the baking tray, grease it and place baking paper. Then pour the mixture slowly on the baking tray and smooth. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the tray when the “wrap” is done and cover it as desired with, for example, tomato (or if you don’t have fresh tomato use tomato sauce), ham, bacon, zucchini, mushrooms. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and put it back into the oven until the cheese has a nice color.

Allow to cool, sprinkle with arugula and roll carefully. Enjoy!

Note: If you wrap pizza roll in aluminum foil, you can keep it for several days in the refrigerator.
