5 minutes pizza for Keto dinner

Ingredients that you need for “dough” (one serving):

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Psyllium husks
  • spices: oregano, basil, salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato juice, homemade
  • basil
  • 80 g mozzarella


In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough. Then add eggs and mix well. Stir for at least 30 seconds so Psyllium would withdraw all humidity. Heat olive oil in a pan and then pour the mixture for dough. Using a spoon spread the dough in a pan to be of equal size in all parts.

Bake “the dough” a few minutes on each side. When done, add tomato juice, mozzarella cut into strips and basil. Cover for a few minutes to melt cheese and then serve.

Steak with broccoli for Keto dinner

Ingredients that you need (for one serving):

  • 7 oz (200 g) beef steak
  • 5 oz (150 g) broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil


Heat the fat in the pan and then place your steak to cook. After 3-4 minutes, turn it over and burn as long as the other side. Then boil broccoli shortly. When both are done, place them together on a plate.

If you’re not fan of broccoli, you can cook cauliflower instead. Enjoy preparing these simple recipes.
