The recipe makes 24 serves (piles). It takes just 5 minutes to prepare. Nutritional value (per serving): 130 Calories, 7 g Fat, 13 g Carbs, 3 g Protein.
Ingredients that you need:
- 8 oz. (250 g) puffed corn (I used this)
- 8 oz. (250 g) butter
- 3 ½ oz. (100 g) dark chocolate
- 8 tbsp. honey
- 5 oz. (150 g) hazelnut, well chopped
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, butter, and honey. Wait for it to start boiling and simmer a few minutes more.
Then remove from the heat and add puffed corn and chopped hazelnut in. Stir until well combined.
Using a spoon, fill the paper molds with the mass and wait to cool before serving.
Note: You have to be quick with filling the molds because the mass is cooling and harden quickly.
Enjoy this nice treat!
