Chocolate Miracle – Keto Cake That Simply Melts in Your Mouth

Chocolate miracle is probably one of the best keto chocolate cakes. The taste and the texture are amazing. It is so yummy that simply melts in your mouth. I always make this cake, when having guests, and no matter the type of the flour (almond, coconut…) that I put in, they are always delighted. Everyone just loves it.

Chocolate Miracle – Cake Recipe

The recipe makes 8 servings. Nutritional value (per serving): 469 Calories, 40.8g Fat, 4.7g Carbs, 6.7g Protein.

For the crust:

For the topping:

  • 1 pint (500 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. Swerve
  • 7 oz. (200 g) dark chocolate

Preparation:

Crust

Whisk the egg yolks with Swerve. In a different bowl, mix the egg whites. Then combine these two, and mix shortly.

Melt the butter with chocolate. Then pour this into a previous egg mixture. Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix all well, and pour in a baking pan 12 inches in diameter.

Bake in the oven pre-heated to 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.

Topping

Place the heavy cream, Swerve, and chocolate in a pan, and cook until all the ingredients are well melted.

Then pour over the baked crust. Wait to cool completely, and store it in the fridge.

Serve a few hours after. Enjoy.
