Preparation:

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Leave it to cool shortly. In a bowl whisk the eggs and swerve and add this mixture into a chocolate-butter mixture.

Then slowly, while stirring, add the flour. Mix all well, and pour the mixture into muffin molds. You can use paper molds and put them in a muffin pan.

Baking:

Preheat the oven to 220°C (420°F). If you want for muffins to be creamy inside bake just 5 minutes. If you like those firm, then bake 10 minutes.
