Juicy Cauliflower with Garlic and Lemon

Ingredients that you need:
- 1 medium-sized cauliflower, washed and torn to flowers
- 1 tsp. salt (for cooking the cauliflower)
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic, well-chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
At first, fill the medium-sized saucepan with water. Then add a teaspoon of salt and let it boil. Put the cauliflower in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain it well and rinse with cold water, and drain again.
In a medium-sized skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes (be careful not to burn).
Boost the temperature and add cooked cauliflower. Fry without mixing until it is golden brown on one side and then turn over, so that it is well fried from all sides. Then add the lemon zest and cook for another 2 minutes. Add one more tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice. Stir and turn off the heat. Season it with salt and pepper to taste and serve while still warm.
