Oopsie Pizza with Just 2 g Carbs per Slice! Amazing Taste!

If you like oopsie bread then you’ll love the oopsie pizza! All you have to do is to cover your oopsie bun with your favorite ingredients, bake a while and here it is! You can try our choice of ingredients. They make a really great pizza.

Oopsie Pizza Recipe

The recipe makes 8 servings. Nutritional value per serving (slice): 189 Calories, 14 g Fat, 2 g Carbs, 12.5 g Protein.

  • 1 large tomato
  • 12 slices of bacon (or ham)
  • 4 oz. (120 g) Gouda cheese
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) button mushrooms
  • 3 ½ oz. (100 g) black olives


At first, make the oopsie crust. It is the same method as for the oopsie buns:

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Then cover a non-stick round baking tray with baking parchment.

Separate the egg whites and put them in a clean bowl, with the cream of tartar. Using a clean whisk, whip the egg whites until they can create firm, stiff peaks. If you’ve done it right, then when you tilt the bowl (or turn it upside down), the mixture should remain stuck.

Get another bowl, and put the cream cheese into, then whisk with the egg yolks and salt.

Next, carefully fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture, using a spatula. Fold in only 1 or 2 scoops of the whites at a time, rather than all at once. You’re aiming to keep the mixture aerated, so don’t stir!

Then place the mixture onto your baking parchment. Carefully flatten it with your spatula.

Put in the oven for about 15 minutes (just to turn yellow) and then remove from the oven.


Make your oopsie pizza by adding all the ingredients for topping to the crust.

Slice tomato, bacon, mushrooms, and olives and put them on the crust. Grate gouda and sprinkle above.

Return to the oven and bake 10-15 minutes more.

Cut into 8 pieces, serve and enjoy.
