There are so many variants of sweet bread. Here is the recipe for an amazing peach loaf that is so delicious that you have to love it.
Low-carb Peach Loaf
The recipe makes 12 servings (slices). Nutritional value (per serving): 185 Calories, 18 g Fat, 4 g Carbs, 4.2 g Protein.
Ingredients that you need:
- 4 oz. (120 g) butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz. (120 g) sour cream
- 5 oz. (150 g) almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- zest of an orange
- 3 peaches
- powdered stevia to taste
At first, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), and cover a loaf mold with baking parchment.
Put the butter and stevia in a large bowl, and beat them together using a wooden spoon. Then mix in the sour cream. At the same time, mix in the eggs one by one.
Pour in the almond flour, baking powder, and orange zest, then whisk thoroughly.
Slice the flesh of the peaches into thin pieces. Dice any remaining flesh, and add the diced peaches to the loaf mixture.
Pour the mixture into the loaf mold, smoothen the top with the back of a spoon, and arrange the peach slices on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes.
Place the peach loaf on a cooling tray and leave for 20 minutes before you remove it from the loaf mold.
Serve with a steaming hot drink and enjoy!
