The recipe makes 1 serving. Nutritional value: 123 Calories, 5 g Fat, 0 g Carbs, 0 g Protein.
Ingredients that you need:
- 2 Tbsp. Irish whiskey
- ½ Tsp. powdered stevia (or 12 drops liquid stevia)
- ½ cup (120 ml) brewed coffee
- 1 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream for topping (Knudsen)
Optional: grated nutmeg or chocolate shavings for the top
First, brew your favorite coffee.
Then, put 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey into a thick glass mug – one that will withstand the heat of the coffee. Coffee cocktails and coffee drinks really look gorgeous in a glass mug. Just make sure it’s meant to hold hot coffee!
Next, add in stevia to the bottom of the glass mug.
Now is time for the hot stuff! Pour in the brewed coffee over the whiskey. Stir it together with a long spoon.
Then daub heavy cream on top of the coffee. Don’t stir this in! Let it float on top of your coffee drink. Grate a nutmeg or sprinkle chocolate shavings on top (optional). Enjoy!
