Keto Mojito Recipe

It’s easy to make, the ingredients are simple and it only has 3 g Net Carbs. This Mojito is done in a few minutes, for 1 serving.

Ingredients that you need:

  • fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. powdered erythritol
  • A cup of ice cubes
  • 1 shot of Vodka
  • 1 oz. club soda
  • lime slice and mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

The fresh mint and lime combination is super refreshing and erythritol is the real deal for not spoiling your entire diet.

Preparation:

At first, add the mint leaves to your glass and muddle them using a muddler or the handle of a kitchen utensil.

Then add in the lime juice, powdered erythritol and ice cubes.

Pour in the vodka and club soda. Stir to incorporate everything and garnish with mint leaves or a lime. Enjoy!
