Delicious ice-cake with chocolate, nuts, and cheese which you’ll enjoy, even if you’re gluten intolerant. Also, you can make your own chocolate cream, without sugar added, so cake would be truly healthy.
Preparation of this refreshing ice-cake takes 50 minutes, and it is pretty simply.
Recipe for chocolate ice-cake
Ingredients that you need:
- 7 oz. (200 g) cornflakes with honey and walnuts
- 2 lb. (800 g) chocolate spread with hazelnuts
- 12 oz. (360 g) full-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon toasted and chopped hazelnuts
Mix the honey and walnuts flakes and half a chocolate spread (1 lb.). Then pour the mixture as a base for the cake in a mold diameter 9 inches (23 cm). Put the base in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend cream cheese until mixture is smooth, and add the remaining chocolate spread.
Stuff the base with this creamy mixture and return to the freezer.
Remove the cake from the freezer 30 minutes before serving and sprinkle with nuts.
Note: You can store the cake in the freezer for up to a month.
