The most delicious low-carb bread of broccoli and cheese

Bread of broccoli and cheese is so tasty that you can eat just it without any dish. It is low in carbs, but those who are not on diet love this bread, too. It is very healthy. You can eat it warm, but cooled is also exceptional. Prepare it a day earlier and you can bring it to work or on road trip.

Recipe for bread of broccoli and cheese

  • 10 oz. (300 g) fresh broccoli
  • 7 oz. (200 g) cheese (Gouda or some other if you wished)
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • almond flour (as much as you need for the dough not to be sticky).


At first, chop the fresh broccoli in breadcrumbs using a blender. Do the same with the onion. Mix well, and season with salt, pepper and chili if you want to be spicy. Add grated cheese, pounded eggs and mix well to get a uniform mixture. Then add the flour to the mixture and that’s it.

The amount of flour will depend on the size of the eggs. The goal is to obtain a soft dough ceases to stick to your hands and keeps the form. But yet it has enough moisture that can puff a little during baking.

Shake out the dough into the mold, on the baking paper. Then bake at 350 ℉ (180℃) about 45 minutes or until you see that the crust of bread is baked, and the inside of bread does not leave traces on a toothpick (when you stab it).

Although the bread is very good warm, personally I liked it more lately when it was cold. It can be eaten with all, but it was good enough as a separate dish as it was rich in broccoli, cheese and onions.
