Recipe for chocolate cream with hazelnuts
- 7 oz. (200 ml) water
- 2 oz. (60 g) of chocolate whey
- 1 oz. (30 g) of roasted hazelnuts
- 1 oz. (30 g) butter
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (optionally)
- a few drops of liquid stevia
At first, warm at medium heat water, butter and stevia until the butter melted.
Insert in blender whey and hazelnuts (and cocoa if using), and mix it. Then pour previous mass that you have cooled. Mix all well.
Pour into a jar and leave to cool completely. Enjoy!
