Cream of chocolate and hazelnuts – healthy homemade low-carb spread

If you’re on low-carb diet avoiding carbs and sugar then you’ll be happy to learn about the healthy chocolate cream. You can make it yourself at home and enjoy it with your family. Put it on bread or eat it without anything else.

Try out this recipe and sweeten your day. Preparation is really simple and takes short time.

Recipe for chocolate cream with hazelnuts


  • 7 oz. (200 ml) water
  • 2 oz. (60 g) of chocolate whey
  • 1 oz. (30 g) of roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 oz. (30 g) butter
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder (optionally)
  • a few drops of liquid stevia


At first, warm at medium heat water, butter and stevia until the butter melted.

Insert in blender whey and hazelnuts (and cocoa if using), and mix it. Then pour previous mass that you have cooled. Mix all well.

Pour into a jar and leave to cool completely. Enjoy!
