Mini Pepper Pizzas: Enjoy these interesting low-carb delicacy!

With these beautiful mini pepper pizzas you won’t even miss the carby crust. They look nice, but also taste perfect. Pepper is an interesting solution for the crust. You’ve probably tasted some vegetable crusts and crusts made of low-carb flour variants. And now, here is something new for a change.

I liked these mini pepper pizzas so much that I have to share this recipe with you. Also this crust is just perfect.

Recipe for mini pepper pizzas

This recipe makes 4 servings. It is easy to prepare, and total time that you need is 30 minutes.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 4 bell peppers, halved and cored
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley


At first, preheat oven to 350° C (660° F).

Then on a sheet tray, drizzle peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce onto each pepper half. Then sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan and top with pepperoni.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the peppers are crisp-tender and the cheese is melted.

Garnish with parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
