Ham, Egg and Cheese Roll-Ups

For this recipe you’ll spend 20 minutes tops. It makes 5 servings (2 rolls per serving).

Ingredients that you need:

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar
  • 20 slices ham
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (390 degrees F). In a large bowl, crack eggs. Whisk together with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Then add eggs and scramble, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in cheddar until melted, then stir in baby spinach and tomatoes until combined.

On a cutting board, place two slices of ham. Top with a big spoonful of scrambled eggs and roll up. Repeat with remaining ham and scrambled eggs.

Place roll-ups in a shallow baking dish and bake until ham is crispy, 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Ham, Cheese and Pickle Roll-Ups

Perfectly delicious ham, pickle and cream cheese roll ups you can serve for an appetizer or a party snacks. Just cut them into bite size pieces and secure with toothpicks.

Preparation:

Lay the ham slices flat on a serving plate and pat dry. Then spread with cream cheese. Place a pickle at one end of each slice, and roll the slices into cylinders around the pickle. Secure with toothpicks. Serve and enjoy.
