Herbs and tomato with juicy chicken meat – low carb meal

Chicken meat in so many ways! Here is a recipe with chicken, cherry tomatoes and herbs. It is so simple, and quick for preparation. Yet very tasty and nutritious, and low in carbohydrates. Must say, one of my favorite recipes.

Herbs and tomato with chicken – recipe

This makes 2 servings. Preparation takes about 10 minutes, and cooking 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 14 oz. (400 g) chicken fillet
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbs – Italian
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 large red onion
  • A few tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

At first, cut chicken fillet at small cubes. Also, cut mushrooms, onion and cherry tomatoes.

Then fry meat in a pan with olive oil. Season it with a chili flakes, salt and pepper. Then add onion and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Finally, add the remaining ingredients (cherry tomatoes and cream) and stir. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
