Carrots made of cheese – Eat them as low carb snack or delicious spread

If you like being creative with your food, then this is the recipe for you. You’ll make beautiful carrots, but actually they won’t be vegetable. You’ll get perfect cheesy low-carb snack, but also you can eat it as spread for breakfast. It is easy, quick and delicious. With this good looking food, you can impress anyone. Just try out!

Cheesy carrots – recipe

Ingredients that you need:

  • 7 oz. (200 g) Parmesan cheese
  • 7 oz. (200 g) cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of parsley

Preparation:

Finely grate Parmesan cheese and mix with cream cheese. Then add chili powder to give fine orange color to the mixture. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.

From the prepared mixture shape rollers so that take the form of carrots. Then with blunt side of a knife make a couple of notches on the surface of carrots.  At one end of the cheesy carrot put a sprig of parsley to decorate.

Leave in the fridge to get thigh before serving as a snack. Or leave them in the fridge by the morning so you can eat it as a spread on slice of low-carb bread.
