Dinner: 1 large steak, lettuce

Day 6

Breakfast: Black coffee with no sugar, slice of bread

Lunch: baked chicken without oil

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, fresh carrots with lemon

Day 7

Breakfast: lemon tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 large steak (not pork) roasted on 1-2 tablespoons oil, salad to your choice, and fruit to your choice

Dinner: to your choice but from the menu

Repeat the same menu for next week.

Tips for better results

Drink a minimum of ½ gallon (2 l) of fluid a day (the first choice would be water but also could be tea without sugar, and lemonade). Alcohol is strictly forbidden. The salad can be spiced up with a little vinegar or lemon juice and salt.

Fruits, salads, beets and carrots can eat as much as you want when on the menu, without limitation. Steak can spice up with salt, pepper and dry spices. It should weigh about 8 oz. (250 g), fat-free and must not be pig. Also we recommend taking vitamin supplementation.

If strictly sticking to diet plan, you can lose up to 18 pounds in 14 days. After 14 days the diet program ends and you can repeat it again after two weeks.
