Fall smoothies – Try these 3 recipes for a quick and nutritious breakfast

We present to you three recipes for fall smoothies. These recipes take 5-10 minutes of preparation.

Fall Smoothie of pumpkin, tangerine and yoghurt

This interesting smoothie breakfast is ideal for cool fall days, because on account of cooked pumpkin, all the ingredients are warm and soothe the stomach.

If you like this in cold smoothie – refreshing varieties, cooked pumpkin leave to cool for half an hour, and place the finished smoothie in the fridge for at least an hour.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 3 oz. (100 g) pumpkin
  • 4 small tangerines
  • 7 fl oz. (2 dl) yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • a pinch of ginger

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Then place the pumpkin cubes in boiling water and boil them for 7 minutes. Cut in half four small tangerines and squeeze them to get the juice. Then peel and grate small amount of ginger.

In the bowl, add diced cooked pumpkin, tangerine juice, yogurt, two tablespoons of honey and grated ginger. All the ingredients mix with hand blender.

Fall Smoothie of dried figs and grapes

As a base for this smoothie, you can use any type of milk: cow, coconut, rice or oatmeal that I use in this recipe.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 dried figs
  • a handful of grapes
  • 8 fl oz. (2.5 dl) oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation:

Chop grapes pre-cleaned of seeds and dried figs at finer pieces. Then put them in a bowl with oat milk and a spoon of honey and mix the ingredients with stick blender.

Fall Smoothie of Pomegranate and Grapes

If want to achieve the effect of pitted pomegranate smoothies, after the mixing strain it through a thicker sieve. Both variants are fine, it’s just a matter of taste.

Ingredients that you need:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • a handful of grapes
  • 7 fl oz.(2 dl) yoghurt
  • agave syrup to taste
  • a pinch of ginger

Preparation:

Put the pomegranate and grapes without seeds in a bowl. Then add yogurt, agave syrup, and pre-peeled and grated ginger. Mix the ingredients using stick blender.

You can serve in two ways: smoothie with pomegranate seeds or seedless pomegranate smoothie that you previously strained.
