Sandwich with poached egg

Then in the middle, put some roasted bacon cubes and one egg. Bake in the oven. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Also, you can sheathe muffin molds with bacon strips. This variation is great!
This is a favorite meal of children and disappears from the plate in the blink of an eye. You can make low-carb version of pancakes. Mix 5 eggs with 100 g of Mascarpone cheese. Then add ¼ teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon psyllium powder (optional). You can add stevia and cinnamon if want sweet version. Leave to stand 5 minutes, and then bake on butter or coconut oil. You can make 5 smaller pancakes with this amount of ingredients.
For salty filling you can use butter and ham. Also, you can make sweet filling by mixing Mascarpone cheese, cocoa and stevia.
Pie with spinach and mozzarella
Fry in butter one finely cut onion, salt, pepper, and add the previously blanched spinach. Arrange the mixture at the bottom of greased baking tray. Spread over the top mozzarella chopped into pieces and then pour the eggs and bake in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes. It’s perfect with lot of pepper.
Pizza with eggs (not scrambled), ham and arugula
You can make foundation for pizza with 3 ingredients for 5 minutes. You need 2 eggs, 1 egg white and 2 tablespoons coconut flour. Put all the spices you want in the “dough”. Just mix all ingredients and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Coat the dough with sour cream and salt. Then, in the middle of the dough put a raw egg, and slices of ham around. Sprinkle over with shredded mozzarella cheese (or other cheese) and place in the oven. After removed from the oven, put arugula on top of pizza.
Mexican breakfast with eggs: Huevos rancheros
This is the perfect breakfast with eggs, because the Mexicans know how to live! You’ll need a low-carb tortilla.
First fry bell pepper with tomato, onion and spicy sausage (homemade). Then place this on tortilla and put over soft poached egg you’ve baked in a separate pan. Decorate with spicy chili sauce, coriander leaves and / or parsley.
