Compress of mustard against pain in the back and neck

Mix one teaspoon ground seeds of black mustard (Brassica nigra) with two tablespoons of plain flour. Slowly pour the water (lukewarm to 30 degrees) to get porridge. Then place this mixture on one half of widespread gauze, so cover the second half of gauze and apply to the sore spot. Mustard pasta will pass through the gauze.

After that, warm the mixture with constant stirring. When the mixture becomes liquid, strain it. After it cools, add 40 drops of essential oil of rosemary and stir again. Then pour into a clean, dry glass jars or plastic containers with good cover. Allow to cool completely and store in the fridge.

Tincture of chili pepper against pain

Chili peppers contain capsicine, a substance that has been shown to act soothing on pain in the bones and muscles.

You can make healing tincture with capsicine, if you take 10 small red chili peppers; then finely chop them; put into a jar and pour with 17 fl oz (1/2 l) of pharmacy alcohol. Close the jar and let stand in a dark place 12 days with frequent shaking. After that, strain the liquid and store in a sealed bottle.

Dilute the tincture before use. Mix one teaspoon of tincture with tablespoon of water and rub the sore spot.

After that wash your hands with soap and water well and carefully; then apply on them ordinary edible oil, rub, and then again wash with soap and water. In this way you’ll stop the essence of hot peppers to come into contact with your eyes.

Tea mixture against Rheumatism

Ingredients that you need:

  • Willow bark (Salix alba) 2 oz (50 g)
  • Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) 2 oz (50 g)
  • Wild day and night (Viola tricolor) 2 oz (50 g)
  • Olive leaves (Olea europea) 2 oz (50 g)

Preparation: Mix the all plants. Then pour 3 tablespoons of mixture with 1 ¼ pints (750 ml) of cold water. Let it boil; cook for 5 minutes; stir; cover and let stand for half an hour. Then strain and drink during the day in small sips. Tea is not recommended for people who are allergic to aspirin.
