  • 4 eggs
  • a cup of ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

Preparation:

In one bowl, mix all dry ingredients, and in the second whisk the eggs with water. Then, by stirring, add the eggs slowly to the dry ingredients. When the mixture is well united leave it little to stand, and then pour it into a mold for bread.

Bake in a pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes, and then remove the bread from the mold and bake another 5-10 minutes on the grid. Check with a toothpick if the bread is baked, and if it is still moist, bake some more. Turn off the oven and leave the bread on the grid until the oven cools.

You can store the bread at room temperature or in the fridge, but make sure that you wrap it so it doesn’t dry. If you want, immediately cut the bread into slices for sandwiches.
