  • 1 carp (medium size)
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • nutmeg
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves
  • sour cream
  • butter
  • 1 lemon

Preparation: Clean the carp wash it and leave to dry. Then cut it in several places and season with salt inside and out. Chopped onion fry in butter a little and add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms are softened, add pepper, nutmeg and white wine.
