Recipe for cauliflower with bacon
This is simple recipe for 4 servings. Total time for cooking is 25 minutes. Thereof 10 minutes for preparation, and 15 minutes cooking.
Ingredients that you need:
- 1 cauliflower, larger size
- 400 g bacon
- 5 eggs
- basil, dried
- celery leaves, dried
- salt and pepper
Preparation: As first, wash and separate cauliflower to small flowers. Then put them in boiling water for 5 minutes. During that time you should cut the bacon on small pieces. After boiling flowers, place them in the baking pan. Then fry the bacon a few minutes in its own grease. When it’s done, put it over flowers in the baking pan.
Wisk the eggs and pour over previous mixture. Then add basil and celery and season it with salt and pepper. Put in pre-heated oven (220 degrees C) and bake for 10 minutes. Serve it while warm.
