Broccoli salad with yogurt
Since fresh broccoli retains all its medicinal properties here is a simple recipe for making a delicious broccoli salad. You can combine broccoli and yogurt well with chicken and other meat dishes.
Preparation: Wash 300 grams of fresh broccoli and cut into small pieces. Then place them in a slightly deeper bowl. Add 3 gloves finely chopped garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil and a cup of yogurt. Stir everything well. You can decorate with the leaves of fresh parsley above.
Broccoli salad with almonds
Ingredients that you’ll need are 1 large broccoli and handful of almonds. Then 4 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons olive oil, pepper to taste and a few parsley leaves. Also you can add 1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves instead of fresh ones.
Preparation: Separate the broccoli into smaller flowers and put them in boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and then strain it and let it cool. During that time, cut into slices almonds (or only in half) and finely chop the garlic. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. To almonds and garlic add broccoli, stir and remove from heat. Season the salad, add the finely chopped parsley and stir gently all. You can serve the salad as an appetizer or supplement with fish.
Broccoli salad with boiled eggs
Ingredients that you need for the salad are 1 broccoli, 2 boiled eggs and 2 stalks young onion. Then 1 tablespoon of peeled unroasted sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon grated horseradish and a pinch of dill. Also, 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed, 3 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 squeezed lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Wash the broccoli, separate the little flowers and cook in salted water up to 10 minutes. Drain and leave to cool. Boil eggs, put them in cold water and peel when cool them. In the deeper bowl mix oil, lemon juice, horseradish and chopped onion; add sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and all mix well. Stir broccoli and sliced boiled eggs with previous mixture and sprinkle above with chopped dill and pepper.
Broccoli salad with cheese
Fresh flowers of broccoli cut into large pieces. Place them in bowl below which is the larger bowl with boiling water. Cook steamed a few minutes, then remove, so pour lemon juice. Then add garlic, oregano and pieces of the young cheese. You can eat like a salad with your meal.

Blend a few broccoli flowers, add hot water and stir well. Then soak a cotton pad and massage closed eye affected with conjunctivitis several times a day.
