Since that the previous day you didn’t have time to prepare lunch for  today. Therefore this is the ideal recipe for you. Pizza, which is finished in just 3 minutes. And this is not an ordinary pizza, but pizza with low-carb diets. This is so speed and healthy meal. Because of that all people will be happy and satisfied.

I enclose a recipe for one person. You will just increase the measure, depending on how many people will be on the lunch.

  • At first of all, 3-4 tablespoons of ground seeds. You can use a Linseed, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, peanuts, etc.
  • 1 egg

When you pass two minutes, remove the dish from the microwave. Arrange the other ingredients on the skin. Return to the microwave to bake another 1 minute.
