This preparation process will last 5 days. Every morning, during this period you have to drink before breakfast 400 ml of boiled cold water. This technique allows you to clean the intestine, accelerate metabolic processes and normalizes digestion.

During a Chinese diet, you must eliminate from your diet sweets and flour products, animal fats, alcohol and coffee. You should also reduce the intake of salt and spices. In the beginning of diet, meals will seem too raw, but mid-week you get used to the new taste of food. Chinese diet plan for 7 days

Day 1: For breakfast take 150 g of fresh cabbage and 200 ml of mineral water. Lunch will consist from 4 tablespoons of cooked rice and 150 g of grated carrot salad with olive oil. Then drink 200 ml mineral water. For dinner take 150 g of boiled fish; a small slice of rye bread; a few leaves of lettuce and 200 ml of green tea.

Lunch contains 200 g salad of carrot, cabbage, lettuce, celery; slice of rye bread and 200 ml fresh apple juice without sugar. For dinner eat 100 g cooked rice, lettuce, ½ grapefruit and 200 ml mineral water.

Day 3: Breakfast contains 200 g salad of apple, pear, orange and banana; 200 ml fresh orange juice without sugar. For lunch eat 250 g boiled sparrow-grass; 150 g cabbage salad with lemon juice; slice of rye bread and 200 ml mineral water. Dinner consists of 250 g fried mushrooms (without oil); 1 small boiled potato and 200 ml mineral water.

Day 4: For breakfast eat apple, orange and slice of toasted rye bread.  After that drink 200 ml fresh orange juice without sugar. Lunch consists of 300 g boiled sparrow-grass with rice and basil; 1 apple, slice of rye bread and 200 ml mineral water. For dinner eat 200 g cooked fish; 2 small boiled potatoes; slice of rye bread and 200 ml green tea.

Diet plan – last 3 days

Day 5: For breakfast eat 150 g rice mash boiled in water and 200 ml mineral water. Lunch contains 200 g white cabbage salad, slice of rye bread and 200 ml mineral water. For dinner eat 200 g salad of cabbage, carrot and lettuce with olive oil, slice of rye bread and 200 ml mineral water.

Day 6: For breakfast eat 150 g rice mash boiled in water and 200 ml fresh apple juice without sugar. Lunch contains 200 g cooked sea fish, salad of apple, orange and kiwi. After that drink 200 ml fresh orange juice without sugar. For dinner eat 100 g lean meat grilled, slice of rye bread, 4 leaves of lettuce, 1 orange and 200 ml green tea.

Day 7: For breakfast eat 250 g salad of apple, apricot and plum and 200 ml mineral water. Lunch consists of 150 g boiled rice with dried plums and honey and 200 ml mineral water. For dinner eat 150 g cooked sea fish, 200 g white cabbage salad, slice of rye bread and 200 ml mineral water.

If you feel hungry between meals, drink a glass of mineral water or green tea: it is time to reduce appetite.

Advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese diet

The main advantages of Chinese food system are efficiency and balance. This will allow you to lose weight without causing harm to your body.

But this diet has significant shortcomings: daily calorie intake is too low to be able to maintain such a diet for a longer period of time. If you apply this diet for a longer period of time, you will feel fatigue, reduced performance, a change of mood. Therefore, this diet is recommended every six months.
