- 7 glasses of filtered water
- 1 cup of unsweetened, pure cranberry juice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from 3 oranges)
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1-2 lemon)
