  • 1 soup in a bag
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5 lb of fresh tomatoes
  • 1 large celery
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 ¼ lb green beans
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 2 ¼ lb of carrots
  • 3 lb of onions
  • Spices to taste

Recipe:

Cut the onions into rings and fry in olive oil. When the onion is done, add the other vegetables chopped into small pieces (above foods must last 7 days).
