Gluten-free Chocolate mousse with Chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
- 10-12 soaked fresh dates
- raspberries, for serving
- Soak dates in water to soften.
- Then put them in a blender and add the milk, cocoa and chia seeds. Blend until you get a nice creamy mass.
- Put it in bowls and keep briefly in the refrigerator to chill.
- Serve with your favorite fruit, in this case – raspberries.
