You can also drip a few drops of lavender oil on the handkerchief and smell it occasionally.
- Massage can contribute to eliminate the headaches. You should massage gently the nasal bone, the areas between the eyes and around temples. Also massage of shoulders, neck and nape will fix circulation and make that you feel better. The effect will be even better if you rub mint oil in those places before massage.
